A first Gala ComediHa! broadcast in Europe!
ComediHa! Fest-Québec is proud to announce that, for the first time in its history, a Gala ComediHa! will be broadcast in Europe. ComediHa! has concluded an agreement with the channels of Gropue M6, a major television player in France. The “Rire ensemble” Gala, hosted by comedian Kev Adams, will be seen by millions of viewers throughout the French-speaking world. Thanks to this new partnership, ComediHa! Fest-Québec is the only Quebec comedy festival to be able to benefit from the overseas broadcasting of one of its Galas.
“This is a major news for us! Not only will the broadcast on Groupe M6’s channels allow our Quebec comedians to be discovered by the entire Francophonie, but it will also help to spread ComediHa! Fest and Québec City across Europe at an event featuring France’s stars”, says Sylvain Parent-Bédard, founder and president of ComediHa!
Presented at Palais Montcalm on Saturday August 10th, Kev Adams’s Gala ComediHa! will feature Quebecers Jérémy Demay, Franky, Fabien Cloutier and Boucar Diouf, alongside French stars Éric Antoine, Jarry, Kyan Khojandi, Alex Fredo, Olivier de Benoist, Véronique Gallo, Tania Dutel and many others. Directed by Marie-Christine Lachance and texts, Simon Cohen and Franky.
True sensation, Kev Adams is one of the most popular comedians and actors in France at the moment. At 27, he already has 10 years of career, three solo shows, more than 1.2 million tickets sold, 20 million entries in 15 movies and more than 15 million subscribers in social networks.
ComediHa! Fest-Québec is a presentation of Vidéotron,
in collaboration with Loto-Québec.
